Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising under or relating to them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JKL Enterprises is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Prior to formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute.
